Andrea Corr

Andrea Jane Corr MBE (born Andrea Jane Corr) is an actress, singer, songwriter and musician from Ireland. Corr first made her appearance in 1990, as lead singer for The Corrs, a Celtic rock and pop-rock group The Corrs with Caroline Sharon Jim as well as their three elder siblings. Andrea Corr is an Irish performer, songwriter and actress. Her most well-known role is The lead singer in the Celtic-folk/pop rock band The Corrs. The lead singer and multi-instrumentalist of the Corrs, she is also their leader. Andrea was first introduced to acting at the age of 21 in. Since then, Andrea has developed into a gifted musician and stage actor. She performed as the voice in The Quest for Camelot, an animated Warner Bros. cartoon film released in 1998. With six studio albums two compilation albums, two live albums and one remix album under her belt, Andrea is well-known as a multi-faceted artist. Also, she has received recognition for her charity work. Andrea has two children along with her partner in stock brokerage. Andrea started music lessons at the age of eight, learning the tin flute. Andrea learned how to play the piano with the guidance of Gerry. Andrea is also proficient on the ukulele. She spent her entire teenage life honing and perfecting her musical skills. She sang along with her sisters and became the head of the band after a lot of practice. Andrea attended 'Dun Lughaidh Convent which is where she participated frequently in school-related performances.
